How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please follow the steps below:

Email us at mitra.developer07@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Include your registered email address or username used in the app.

We will verify your identity and delete your account within 7 working days.

Data Deletion and Retention Policy

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Personal identification details (name, email, phone number)
  • Usage history and preferences
  • Any saved documents or files associated with the account

Note: We may retain certain non-personal or legally required information for up to 90 days for audit or legal purposes, after which it will also be deleted.
